The hotel restaurant “Acqua e Sale” is open to the hotel guests and too external visitors, offering a magnificent view over the bay. It is possible to taste typical Sicilian and Italian dishes. We offer every day a different choice of dishes, prepared with simple but genuine ingredients; accompanied by selected good wines and
excellent pastries prepared by our staff. Our breakfast is a rich buffet of salted as sweet delicatessen. We provide also glutin free products on request. Starting from June you can choose also to dine outside on the panoramic terrace.
